The following terms and conditions apply to the services provided by Lucky Sim Limited (the "Company) ("Services")

1. When using the service, the customer must make sure to use LuckySIM's designated settings [including but not limited to APN settings (only applicable to data services)] and mobile phones. Customers can check with LuckySIM's staff or its partners for related settings and mobile phones. If the customer does not comply with the specified regulations to use the service, the company will have the right to suspend/terminate the service immediately without prior notice. In addition, the company also has the right to levy fees from customers for their non-compliance with the specified regulations and use the service, and the relevant fees will be calculated based on the company's current charges.
2. Customers should not use the service in the following situations, including but not limited to any actions that adversely affect the company's ability to provide, complete or maintain the level and quality of the network or other services; and (ii) Imporper use the service intentionally which causes loss or damage to the company, such as using the service for commercial purposes or reselling the service.
3. If the customer fails to comply with the rules specified above, or if any one or more of the above-mentioned situations occurs, or according to the company’s reasonable judgement, the uses of service by the customer adversely affected the company to provide, complete or maintain its network or other services to the level or quality of the company’s ability to be, or the way the customer to use the service causes loss or damage to the company, the company can immediately take measures that it deems reasonably necessary or appropriate, including but not limited to restrictions, suspension or termination of the provision of services to customers Services without prior notice.
